Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 40% of the booked service, & forfeiture of your deposit if one was paid. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to a loss of booking privileges.
A 10-minute grace period will be provided for all scheduled appointments. Failure to communicate within this timeframe will result in 40% of the service fee being charged to the card on file.
